These are website terms only. Your solar installation or service is governed by the separate written agreements you sign, such as your Home Improvement Contract and change orders. ABC Solar does not offer financing or leases. Any borrowing you arrange independently is governed by your agreement with your lender.
The Site provides general information about solar PV, battery storage, backup power, roofing considerations, utilities, incentives, and related topics. Content may be simplified and may not reflect the most current rules.
ABC Solar does not provide tax, legal, or professional engineering advice through the Site. Any reference to tax credits, domestic content, FEOC rules, net metering, or tariffs is for general awareness only.

The Site and its content (text, graphics, logos, photos, layout, and code) are owned by ABC Solar or licensed to ABC Solar and are protected by applicable laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content without written permission.
Any quote or proposal provided by ABC Solar (whether on the Site or via email) is subject to site verification, engineering review, permitting, AHJ/utility requirements, and final contract documents.
ABC Solar does not offer financing or leases. Customers purchase their solar and battery systems under their signed project agreements. Customers who choose to borrow arrange that borrowing independently with their chosen lender.
For homeowners who need to borrow, ABC Solar suggests discussing a home equity line of credit (HELOC) with their bank or credit union. This is general information, not an offer of credit or a recommendation based on an individual customer’s financial circumstances. Your lender determines eligibility, approval, rates, fees and repayment terms.
A HELOC is secured by your home, which you could lose if you cannot repay. Rates are usually variable and payments can rise. The safest choice depends on your finances and the loan terms; a HELOC is not automatically the safest or least expensive option for every homeowner.

The Site may link to third-party sites (utilities, regulators, manufacturers, articles). ABC Solar does not control and is not responsible for third-party content or availability. Use third-party sites at your own risk.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” ABC Solar disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ABC Solar will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. ABC Solar’s total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed $100.
ABC Solar may modify the Site and these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted. The “Effective” date at the top will be updated.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related solely to the Site shall be brought in state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless otherwise required by law.
