Role Overview
As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in the Administration phase, ensuring that our operations run efficiently and our projects are supported by seamless scheduling, permitting, and resource management.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit permit applications to local authorities and track their progress.
- Coordinate project schedules and communicate timelines with clients and internal teams.
- Manage procurement processes, including purchase orders and vendor relations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all projects.
- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the company.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in construction, renewable energy, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
